Hello and welcome to my site, I thought it would be fitting to put in a of my offerings in one place where I can be more in alignment with my vision and purpose. A bit about me- I bring a thoughtful, integrative approach to bodywork rooted in deep curiosity about human condition and the nervous system- what drives us, shapes us, and what helps us heal.

Licensed as a massage therapist since 2024, and certified yoga instructor since 2012, I am also a Thai bodyworker , and licensed hairstylist. Over 15 years experience of hands-on, client- centered care. Beyond credentials I believe people deserve time, presence, and individualized attention.

My work is guided by education and support- empowering folks to move better and feel better through improved strength, mobility, pain management, and stress reduction-now and for years to come.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy swimming, strength training, yoga, meditation, dancing, and spending time in nature.
